The inaugural NUS STARS (Staff Talent in Athletics and Recreational Sports) programme, organised by the Office of Human Resources (OHR), kicked off with a 3.5km run across the Kent Ridge Campus on 22 July 2023. Over 50 participants from different departments came together for a fun time together outside of work at the event. Spearheaded by Chief People Officer Dr Janson Yap, the NUS STARS programme aims to promote an active lifestyle through competitive sports and reignite the sporting spirit amongst NUS staff.
